Hi Koenraad, In order for you to build a pedigree you first must create a profile for those horses. I know this must seem like an big effort but what's nice about it is that we are all helping to create a permanent record of these fine animals. However, to build a profile doesn't have to be overly involved at first. You can just input the name, birthdate, gender, and color along with a picture if you have one and you're done. The picture is not required but certainly a nice feature in the Pedigree browser. In time as more people to do the same you'll find the ancestors already there and just be able to click on them. For now we're all establishing these great lines and we hope that generations will enjoy and benefit from our work. Let me know if that was in fact the issue of if there is any other. Thanks much!
