Details
Purchased by Lady Anne Blunt for £30 at the dispersal sale of Ali Pasha Sherif's horses in January 1897, he was kept at Sheykh Obeyd as he was considered too old to make the journey to Crabbet. He was described by all who saw him as a magnificent horse with a beautiful head. Pensioned in 1900, he died in the spring of 1903.
