Details
He was the last horse remaining at Crabbet when the stud was disbanded. He stood at stud until the age of 27 and lived on at Caxtons for another summer, looked after by Fred Rice who had been his handler his whole life. He sired a total of 94 purebred foals and had immense presence, standing 15.2½ hands. He was probably one of the most impressive sons of Raktha and also one of the most famous horses bred by Lady Wentworth. He died at age 28 in 1972.

Awards & Recognition
Indian Magic won numerous prizes in the showing including 1st Senior Colts Class at the AHS Summer Show in 1946, 1st 3YO Colts Class at the AHS Summer Show in 1947, 1st 4YO Stallions Class at the AHS Show in 1948 and was Supreme Male Champion in 1957. He appeared at the age of 26 in the parade of Champions at the AHS Show in 1970 and completely stole the show with his spectacular style and presence.
