Purchased by the Blunts from Abd ul Rahman Ibn Minni in Bombay in February 1884, he was exported to Crabbet in the same year. Tragically he died during a sea voyage from England to Egypt in the autumn of 1887. He left no bloodlines at Crabbet but his line continued in Australia.
