Overview

Toby Dog was the reason Doggies Unlimited was started. Through a lot of research I found that store bought treats were not healthy for him and I needed to find another way to make my own dog treats so I new that they would be healthier for him.

Toby Dog loved to steal food from the oven when no one was looking. I would make people jerky and while it was on the dehydrator Toby Dog would wait for me to leave and once it was almost ready he would take each pan off of the dehydrator and spread them out on the dining room floor and eat every last piece. Knowing this couldn't be healthy for him I knew I had to make healthier jerky for him. So I started making him beef jerky with carrots, zucchini, celery, parsley and broccoli. He even opened the oven to help himself to pizza and lasagna. He was such a character. We lived with one ear always on Toby so we knew where he was and what he might be into.
