About: Dog
This is mainly due to the status of being who he is from a multi millionaire business tycoon to his most recent endeavor of becoming a presidential candidate. Even more recently he has spent much time in the limelight because of the controversy over public comments that he has made – some of which have earned him much negative attention. Setting all these things aside there are still certain aspects of his life that you don’t always hear much about. One of these aspects is the adoration and attention that he lavishes on his pet Labrador Spinee.

Recently Trump’s Labrador also had his own little moment of attention when Trump asked for prayers for the beloved pet. Spinee underwent a risky surgery and is now recovering well according to updates. This just goes to show you that even when someone is under fire for their comments or actions it can be set aside to show love for animals.

The Labrador is one of the most beautiful breeds of dog in existence and also one of the most popular as well. These dogs not only make excellent pets but are also commonly used for many other things as well such as assistance dogs, therapy dogs and even service dogs for law enforcement and many other agencies. One reason for this is due to their high level of intelligence which makes them very easy to train. This is a definite plus for this breed especially when they are used for such important tasks.

Assistance dogs are a very important part of the lives of the people that they are trained to help. This includes people that are blind and deaf or have other disabilities that cause them to need this type of help. For those that are blind these animals serve as their eyes and for those that are deaf they serve as their ears. These animals go to great lengths to keep their owners safe and would do whatever is necessary to protect them from danger.

One thing that makes Labradors such good choices for service and assistance animals is their size. This particular breed is relatively large weighing an average of 65-80 pounds for males and 55-70 for the females. This breed ranges between 21.5-24.5 inches tall depending on sex and are quite agile and athletic. The breed also has three official colors being black, yellow and chocolate however yellow often refers to any color from cream colored to red and chocolate indicates anything that is medium to dark brown. Because they are known for being kind, pleasant and outgoing animals they are an excellent choice both for working animals such as with service and assistance dogs and as family pets even for families that have young children. In fact it is this temperament that is associated with the breed that is such a big part of why this breed has become so highly popular both as working animals and pets as well.
