Collie
Dog
Collies are generally medium-sized dogs of about 10 to 25 kg (22 to 55 lb), fairly lightly built with a pointed snout and erect or partly erect ears, giving a foxy impression. Cattle-herding types tend to be rather more stocky. The fur may be short, flat, or long, and the tail may be smooth, feathered, or bushy. Collies have a moderately long tail, with the end of the bone reaching to the hock or joint below. When the dog is quiet, then the tail is low, and has a upward swirl or twist. When the dog is in a gait, or when the dog is excited, then the tail is carried gaily but not over the back.

When you have a few moments take a vote on the Discussion Topic for Most Popular Breeds. It's a little contest we're running. Just go to Discussions in the header and you'll find it there. Have a great day. Rob

Welcome, welcome! Welcome to Pedegru Donald! Don't hesitate to let me know when you have questions. I'm the administrator at Pedegru. There's a lot here but hunting is almost as fun as using. Since your Member page is now like a website you can pack it with information and start sharing it with others. It's a great presentation and you've already got a great start!

Animal Profiles are constructed the same way but also have exciting tools/features like Showcase marketing, Pedigrees, unlimited images/videos and lots of text fields/awards/association registration. The pedigrees are spectacular and as members are building them Google rankings have taken off.

A video on our YouTube channel will show you a lot more. #4 is the best place to start. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL788FF4135BBAA7D3&;;;;;;;;;;feature=plcp . Welcome again and enjoy the site. Rob
