Bionda dell'Adamello
Goat
The Bionda dell'Adamello (literally ‘light-haired [creature] of the Adamello’) is a goat breed from the Italian region of Lombardy, used for the production of milk for making the characteristic Fatuli and Mascarpi cheeses of that region.
Its name derives from the overall light brown/tan coloration of its coat.
